"Tatooine" Planet With Two Suns Could Host Habitable Moon?

Does the planet of Tatooine which is in George Lucas' famous sci-fi movie "Star Wars" and home to Luke Skywalker, really exist? Are there actual planets in space that have two suns that rise and set and can also support life? Astronomers and scientists think they have found the answer. In our vast universe, the astronomers seem to have stumbled upon two new planets who share this characteristic and are in extreme proximity to their parent stars in the habitable zone.

The new discovery has taken what seemed to be impossible and made it possible, the chance for a planet to have two suns. This phenomena has spawned a new class of planet that is able to orbit two suns simultaneously. These twin suns can be called binary stars and scientists believe that there may be many planets lying within the habitable zones of such planetary systems.

Recently, astronomers have used NASA's Kepler space telescope to aid finding the "circumbinary planets." The astronomers sampled 750 planetary systems and found and confirmed at least three planets who share the two-sun characteristic.
